Greetings Women of God!
I pray that you are doing well on this Monday. Today I wanted to take a moment and say that it is good to frequently evaluate ourselves. In the world that we live in today I am saddened to see that we DO NOT take the time to think about the things that we do, why do them, or even why we are NOT doing certain things. When we slow down for just a moment and sit down with the Lord and think about our motivations, intentions, or lack thereof, I believe that our lives and days would look very different.
Here are some verses as a handy reminder. We don't see many abiding by these verses today. However, we know that God's Word does not change with what's hype, new, and trending. Let's continue to cling to a higer standard in our daily living. ~Blessings
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the hearts.
“Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven.
"If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”
For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.
Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
Only By His Grace,
